This isn't just about the proper way to request a Joint Venture, it's really about simple email etiquette. You definitely need to start off by introducing yourself in situations where the other party doesn't know who you are. Joel gives some good advice.

I'm curious to see Nancy's other free videos. It sounds like there's substance, but she really didn't teach us anything in this particular video. It's really a motivational pep talk for newbies. There's nothing wrong with that, but I want to at least get a taste her techniques.
